You can significantly enhance your business leadership and management capabilities by enrolling on the Stepping Up Advance – Leadership in Business Program. Industry & Investment NSW, in partnership with The Silk Web and Unconscious Potential would like to invite operators of SMEs to participate in the “Stepping Up Advance – Leadership in Business Program” which starts in February 2010 and runs for four months. The program comprises five interactive workshops and individual mentoring with a personally-appointed mentor. The program is designed for SME business leaders like MDs, CEOs, principals, directors, general and senior managers, board members and high-potential personnel who want to enhance their leadership and management capabilities.

Each workshop is themed and contains subjects highly relevant to today’s business leaders. The facilitators of the workshops will also provide the mentoring so the program is comprehensive, personal and results driven.

The cost of this program to participants is $2,500 (GST exclusive). Industry & Investment NSW will provide matching funding of $2,500 subsidy on successful completion of the program.
